Did you roast the tomato? It appears as though the skin is peeling. Did you stuff & then roast it? I'm hungry.
I stuffed them, then stuck'em in a hot convection oven for just a few minutes so that they got some color and sweetness, but did not get so cooked that they fell apart.
I'm soooo glad its finally tomato time. I wish summer would never, ever end.
