I loooove tomato chutney. Is it from a recipe or is this a restaurant meal?

no restaurants. this is all food out of my kitchen. i just chopped up tomatoes and salted them to get the juice out, then mixed them with a sweet onion, mint and parsley. it was a nice bright flavor next to the smoky eggplant.
