Spicy Oven Baked Russet & Sweet Potato "Fries" with Paprika and French Sea Salt

I'm running my first 5K tomorrow and could think of no better way to carbo load than this medley of spicy, crispy potatoes.

You're running a 5K?!! That's nuts. But in a good way. I've walked one, but never ran...good luck. I'll take some of those fries off your hands if you have leftovers...

I had been training for it for a month and a half. The race was Friday and I ran it in 33 minutes and 24 seconds. That is very respectable for my 1st race. Now, I'll be training for a 1/2 marathon in December.

Hey Cousin! The world should be inspired by your 5K run. I am very proud of you! I also walked a 5K. Let's just say that my time was much longer. :)
I love your blog and all the beautiful pix of the food. Do they really taste as good as they look? Joshua has gotten into cooking some unique veg dishes.
