The tomatoes are from Mickmac farms. They are a local hydroponic producer. So, we have had tomatoes from them since April. Love 'em
I saw the Korean BBQ Seitan on your Platelist site, and I'm intrigued. I've just gotten to the point where I prepare tofu well, and I've heard so many good things about seitan. Would it be possible to get that recipe?
