When I picked up the new winter 2010 issue of
Edible Memphis magazine, I was pleased to find my photo on the cover. The photo goes along with a story I wrote about the trials and tribulations of homebrewing. I learned the secrets of brewing from Dale Skaggs and Mike Lee, and then tried it on my own. How did it go? Pick up the new issue and find out.

Nice photo. I am the guy that grew the hops here on my farm in middle TN
