All right smarty panty. Allow me to rephrase the question. I'm going to eat this one duck egg that I have. How should I prepare it?
I would just fry it in some hot oil, make sure the yolk is still runny, garnish with chopped scallions & some chilis. Or soft boil it & dip blanched asparagus in the yummy delicious runny yolk.
