A Vegetarian Thanksgiving

We have a few ideas for what to have at your vegetarian Thanksgiving meal! Here are some of our favorite dishes from the past few years:

Wild mushroom risotto, sweet potato gnocchi, butternut squash and gruyere grating, and green beans with hazelnuts. Is that enough, or should I break down and make stuffing or mac & cheese?
