I noticed that your pizza naan has bread flour, but this has all purpose and ww pastry flour. I was wondering why there was a difference.Liznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1466237024886456711.post-12759171938116809022013-10-09T20:57:26.761-05:002013-10-09T20:57:26.761-05:00I wound up trying this both ways - on a cast iron ...I wound up trying this both ways - on a cast iron pan on the stove and on a pizza stone under the broiler. The broiler method worked much better and was close-ish to tandoori naan. Thanks for the tip!Liznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1466237024886456711.post-77328532851401136972011-09-14T23:11:07.148-05:002011-09-14T23:11:07.148-05:00Jen, Just kneed it till it's smooth. I do pizza on the grill, so why not flatbreads where I could do several at once?Marihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06473263886371208997noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1466237024886456711.post-2848409393220879592011-08-07T10:50:55.842-05:002011-08-07T10:50:55.842-05:00Oh how divine! The thought of having to take out many pans of naan sounds like too much to me (though you're recipe only makes 4 naan, so that's not bad).

I usually make chapatis to eat with my curry instead. I use a griddle to bake/cook a bunch at a time. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05891536426446061750noreply@blogger.com
