I'm working my way through it! We are not completely veggie, as when we visit the US to see our daughter and son in law, we do sometimes eat the high quality meat there. In fact when there recently, son in law made a meat loaf with tomato glaze. It was delicious, though your veggie meatless loaf, which I make often, is out of this world tasty and healthy. Now we (husband and me) are retired, we like to keep meat to rare occasions and use pulses and vegetables mostly, both endlessly versatile. We are both fit and healthy and attribute this to our diet and exercise. Thank you both for such innovative and delicious recipes, we appreciate them so much. Very best wishes to you both, Lesley Astbury, UKLesley Astburynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1466237024886456711.post-19193661745706511852014-07-07T01:52:53.885-05:002014-07-07T01:52:53.885-05:00I feel like I know you guys a little better now! I...I feel like I know you guys a little better now! It's incredible how just being veggie or even vegan can be pretty unhealthy, especially if you eat a lot of dairy and/ or processed food. Me and my husband have found that we lost loads of weight after going vegan, then I have lost more again after going high-raw. Of course we do go out for a run most days, which really helps too. Thank you both for sharing all your beautiful and inspiring veggie dishes xThe Yogi Vegetarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06567829164135047029noreply@blogger.com
