I'm ve...Just made this and it's delicious! I'm very excited to have a new curry option. I would suggest starting the lentils at least 20 minutes ahead of adding the vegetables, though, (and the potatoes before the rest of them) to keep from over-cooking the veggies. The french lentils I used took about an hour to cook. <br />I'm so excited to have discovered this site!
